We recently moved from the area, but they set up our dog for long term success with their care and patience with him. We tried several other dog daycares in the neighborhood until sticking with Fido for close to 3 years. They take the time to develop bonds with each dog and really learn their personalities.

The pup spied two different employees on the street during my week here, and he clearly adores them! I love following their amazing Instagram to see our pup at play and out for a walk. Bunny, Tulio, Luciano, and the rest of the Fido team took such good care of our dog and he gained so much confidence being with other dogs. We also particularly appreciate how flexible and helpful they’ve been when we were in a bind/running late/had last minute change of plans. We have lived in Greenpoint for years and have rotated through nearly every daycare and no one compares to Fido’s - especially considering they take the dogs on 2x long walks every day as part of the standard daycare fee. Bunny is also one of the most organized people I’ve met, no request is too big or small. We recently needed our dog to be boarded for a week (they call it a slumber pawty) due to a family emergency; it was all taken care off over text with same day notice, no worries or stress. Honestly folks, invest in good quality dog day care services, I cannot thank and recommend Fido enough - the care and support they provide to both dogs and their owners is incredible. Don’t look elsewhere!!
